2 Rise up, O judge of the earth;
repay[a] the arrogant as they deserve.
3 O Lord, how long will the wicked,
how long will the wicked be triumphant?[b]
4 [c]Their mouths pour forth their arrogant words
as these evildoers never cease to boast.
